We have been mandated by a private local group to valuate all their companies that are engaged in different activities mainly real estate development, Hotels and contracting with the purpose of incorporating a major holding company that would reorganize their present and future business and develop a comprehensive strategy for the Group.  A large team of legal, financial, marketing and investment bankers has been engaged in this large exercise that is vital for the client’s future. The assignment included the preparation of the entire stock market primary offering documentation including a detailed prospectus, establishing brokerage relations, supervising execution and the clearing of stocks.
